By using Batchmark ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Batchmark is a browser-based image watermarking tool. All image processing happens in your browser. No images are uploaded to or stored on our servers.
3. Free and Pro Tiers
The free tier lets you watermark up to 10 images per session with text watermarks and JPG export. Pro ($3/month) adds unlimited batch size, logo watermarks, additional export formats, presets, and an ad-free experience. You can cancel anytime.
4. Refund Policy
Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.
5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the images you process. You must have the right to watermark and distribute the images you use with this tool. We are not responsible for copyright infringement or misuse.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, image corruption, or service interruptions.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
